Yad Yehuda's Annual School Supplies Drive

Each summer, Yad Yehuda distributes new school supplies to needy families in our community. Please partner with us!

Supplies needed (NEW items only, please):
  • Paper: Lined paper, copy paper, construction paper, spiral notebooks, composition books, index cards
  • Writing and Drawing Tools: Blue or black pens, #2 pencils, colored pencils, erasers, pencil sharpeners, pencil cases, colored markers, crayons, highlighters
  • General Supplies: Backpacks, lunchboxes, flash drives, 3-ring binders, pocket folders, tab dividers, scissors, mini staplers, scotch tape, liquid glue, glue sticks, hand sanitizers, tissues

Drop-Off Locations:
  • Yad Yehuda, 1910 University Blvd West (parking lot collection box)
  • Kemp Mill: Front porch of 1212 North Belgrade Road
  • Any Capital Kosher Pantry Donation Box (located outside several shuls and inside Moti's Market & Shalom Kosher)
3 Ways to Participate!
  1. Order supplies online & ship directly to: Capital Kosher Pantry, 1910 University Blvd West, Silver Spring, MD 20902.
  2. Pick up extra supplies while you shop and drop off in a Capital Kosher Pantry donation bin (see donation bin locations below).
